If the walkbot rehabilitation robot is connected to the Internet, P&S(Head office)'s server can monitor the operation status of the walkbot. If an error is detected or if misuse is detected from the hospital, our QA team will ask for approval for the remote access to the walkbot rehabilitation robot in the hospital and will diagnose the system remotely. We will inform you of the results of the diagnosis and remotely guide you to the correct use of the walkbot. The data is only system operational records that do not contain patient information.
